Good preparation for welding is the essential condition for obtaining an excellent quality welded joint. If edge preparation is not correct, it will result in weld defects which will affect the finality of the machining and welding work.

In the range of portable machining machines, we find bevelers, orbital cutting machines, tube straighteners, flange surfacers. These machines can be used in all positions, in restrictive environments such as high humidity levels, saline environments, work areas subject to ionizing radiation. They must allow operators to work in complete safety while drastically increasing the quality of the preparation (maintaining perpendicularity, monitoring the ovalization of a tube, different types of chamfer: I, V, J, compound chamfer, double chamfer etc).
